Paul Griffiths
Director / Co-Founder
Paul, a co-founder of G&O Fencing Ltd in 2018, has an impressive 30+ years of experience within the fencing industry and has an extensive knowledge of the vast range of fencing systems within the industry as a result. Having gained valuable experience installing many different types of fencing in his earlier years Paul can be relied upon to provide solutions to the most complex of issues that might arise. Aswell as being involved in the day to day operations of our site teams and project management Paul also oversees the management of our banking system, supplier payments and wage payroll facility.
Nick Oakland
Director / Co-Founder
Having co-founded G&O Fencing Ltd around 5 years ago Nick has contributed to the steady growth of the company to the circa £2 million turnover company it is today. With over 15 years’ experience in the fencing industry Nick plays a vital role in the management of projects, hiring of staff, ordering of required material and a general oversight of the day to day running of the companies site operations. Having built a large network of clients over the years Nick is highly aware of the importance of repeat custom and has a keen eye for detail, ensuring all projects are completed to a high standard. SMSTS and CITB Directors H&S accredited Nick plays a major part in ensuring the companies Health and Safety obligations are met.
Scott Battle
Contracts Manager
Contracts Manager Scott has over 11 years of experience within the fencing industry and plays a vital role within the team ensuring the smooth execution of contracts, his aim - to complete within budget, to a high standard and to gain repeat custom as a result. Scott’s responsibilities include carrying out site surveys, ordering required materials for each project, preparation of Health and Safety documentation, liaison with client site teams to ensure integration with all parties aswell as preparation of monthly valuations and invoices. Having worked on a vast range of projects Scott has the knowledge and expertise to provide solutions to any problem that may arise, thinking logically and putting the customers requirements and the quality of our installs at the forefront of his mind.
Jessica Kidd
Office Manager
Office manager Jessica has been with G&O Fencing Ltd for 2 years and is responsible for all our day-to-day office operations and procedures including travel and accommodation planning and booking, use of Sage software to control invoices / payments, management and submission of Health and Safety accreditations and relevant employee training. Jessica is a trained mental health first aider and is also looking to enrol on an accounting training programme to further enhance her skills in this department. A valued member of the team, Jessica provides essential support to all employees to ensure processes and duties flow as efficiently as possible.
