Bridgewater Point is a new trade counter, warehouse, industrial scheme comprising 16 units ranging in size from 5,107 sq ft to 13,524 sq ft.
The units are built to a high-specification incorporating many cost saving and environmentally friendly technologies.
G&O Fencing Ltd were appointed in early 2023 to carry out the fencing package on this new development of 16 industrial units at Trafford Park in Manchester.
The works consisted of:
- 220 metres of 2.4-metre high timber close board fencing
- 180 metres of 2.4-metre high mesh perimeter fencing
- 150 metres of timber knee rail
- Automated Vehicle Entrance Gates
- Access-controlled pedestrian Entrance Gates
We engaged well with various other trades to ensure minimal disruption, completion was achieved in early 2024 in line with the client’s programme.
